How to Request a Course Deadline Extension
If you need more time to complete your course, you can easily request a course deadline extension through your Learn Stage dashboard. Follow the steps below or watch the short walkthrough video above for a visual guide.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Submit Your Extension Request
From your Dashboard, locate the Quick Actions section and click Request Extension.
This automatically creates a Help Desk ticket for your request.
2. Open the Help Desk Panel
After submitting your request, select Help Desk from the menu on the left side of your screen.
This opens your Help Desk panel, where you can view all tickets you’ve submitted for Excel High School or Northgate Academy.
3. Find Your Extension Request Ticket
In the Help Desk panel, locate your Extension Request ticket in the list.
Click the ticket title to open it and view all details about your request.
4. Check for Updates
Once opened, you can see the status of your request and any messages or updates from our support team.
If additional information is needed, you’ll receive a message directly within the ticket.
