How to Submit a Help Desk Ticket

The Help Desk in your Learn Stage account is the best way to get support once you’re enrolled at Excel High School.
Every ticket is tracked and routed to the right team for a faster response.

  1. Go to “My Account.”Use the top menu to switch from your courses to your account section. The Help Desk lives inside My Account.
  2. Open the Help Desk.In the left-hand menu, click Help Desk to open the support area.
  3. Create a new ticket.Click the Add button to start a new request.
  4. Choose a category.Pick the option that best fits your request:
    • Academic Support – help with assignments, lessons, or grades
    • Billing – tuition or payment questions
    • Re-Enrollment – continue after a break or finishing a grade level
    • Registrar Office – transcripts, diploma reprints, enrollment verification
    • General Support – anything that doesn’t fit another category
    • Course Completion – request a graduation review when courses are finished
  5. Add a clear subject.Example: Biology B – Lesson 5.2 quiz issue.
  6. Write your message.Include the course, module, lesson, what you tried, and any error messages.
  7. Attach a file (optional).Upload a screenshot if it helps show the issue.
  8. Submit your ticket.Click Submit. You’ll see your ticket in the list with a status (open, pending, or closed).

Note: Help Desk tickets are for enrolled students only.
