How to Order a Replacement Diploma
Visit your school’s online store:
Excel High School Store
Northgate Academy Store
Washington Technical Institute Store
Select Replacement Diploma from the available options.
Enter your updated mailing address during checkout.
Choose your preferred shipping method (Standard or Expedited).
Complete payment to submit your order.
Replacement Diploma Fee
A standard fee applies for all replacement diplomas.
Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
✅ Note: All replacement diploma fees are non-refundable. Please verify your mailing address before submitting your order.
Important Limitations
Replacement diplomas are available only for graduates who have successfully completed their program and whose accounts are in good standing.
The diploma will reflect the original graduation date—no updates or changes to credentials will be made.

How to Update Your Mailing Address
Before placing your order, log in to your Learn Stage account and check that your mailing address is correct in Profile Settings.
